Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Basic/entry level understanding of computers is required.
• Entry level skill on use of company telephone features is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences that affect customer retention and upsell.
• Communicate with internal and external customers regularly.
• Schedule services and provide pricing (non-termite) to customers.
• Research problems, resolve issues, and close service tickets.
• Enter service notes and maintain customer files.
• Manage payments and billing questions with customers.
• Calm and diffuse angry customers and escalate when needed.
