Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience in aftermarket auto parts.
• Proactive problem solving and data accuracy are essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work weekends or different shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries about item availability, descriptions, and orders.
• Assist new customers with account setup and data entry of sales orders.
• Develop and analyze reports using Business Objects, MS Excel, and MS Access.
• Mentor teammates and support call center training and decisions.
• Handle emails and calls ~80% vs chat ~20% daily.
