Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system in a timely manner.
• Check inventory and coordinate with manufacturing to meet delivery dates.
• Provide timely answers to customer order queries and manage updates.
• Collaborate with production, sales, logistics, and customers to track and expedite orders.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and internal teams; support ad hoc tasks.
