Job summary

SIXT in the United States is hiring a customer service associate to greet customers and handle the return experience with a friendly, professional touch. You will inspect vehicles for damage and fuel, explain final charges, and promote additional SIXT products where appropriate.

You will also tag vehicles for maintenance and guide them to the correct locations, working 40 hours per week with flexible day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Background in sales, service, or hospitality preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage; direct issues to appropriate channels.
• Complete return transactions accurately and advise customers on final charges.
• Promote additional SIXT products and services where applicable.
• Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance and move them to the correct location.
