Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Background in sales, service, or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival and ensure a friendly return experience.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage and report findings.
• Explain final rental charges clearly and complete return transactions accurately.
• Promote SIXT products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Identify vehicles needing maintenance and coordinate location transfers.
• Adapt to different weather and support business needs with a positive attitude.
