Job summary

SIXT in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Customer Service / Vehicle Return Associate to greet customers, inspect vehicles, process returns, and promote SIXT products. You’ll work 40 hours per week, with day or evening shifts and occasional travel (5–10%). Uniform provided; paid hourly position at $21.50/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1 year of customer service experience.
• Background in sales, service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Basic computer navigation and MS Office proficiency expected.
• Able to work 40 hours per week; day or evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival and provide a friendly returns experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage; report issues.
• Complete return transactions and explain final charges to customers.
• Promote SIXT products and services during each return.
• Identify vehicles needing maintenance and move them accordingly.
• Work in various weather conditions and assist with extra tasks as needed.
