Job summary

SIXT is seeking a customer service-focused associate in Miami to greet customers, inspect vehicles, process returns, and promote SIXT products. You will help ensure smooth operations and a positive rental experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly with day/evening shifts. Uniforms are provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Background in sales, service, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional return experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage; report issues as needed.
• Complete return transactions and advise on final charges to ensure clarity.
• Promote SIXT products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance and move them to the correct location.
• Work in various weather conditions and assist with additional tasks as needed.
