Job summary

SIXT USA is seeking an energetic Customer Service Associate in the United States to greet customers, inspect rentals, and ensure smooth returns. You will advise on final charges, promote SIXT products, and assist in vehicle movement across locations.

Flexible hours and a team‑oriented environment await. Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Sales, service, or hospitality background preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and deliver a friendly return experience.
• Inspect rentals for damage, fuel, and mileage; report issues to the appropriate channels.
• Complete returns and explain final charges clearly to the customer.
• Promote SIXT products and services during interactions to enhance the brand experience.
• Tag vehicles for maintenance and move them to the correct locations.
• Adapt to various weather conditions and take on additional tasks to support business needs.
