Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Background in sales, service or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon arrival and provide a friendly returns experience.
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage.
• Complete return transactions and advise on final charges.
• Promote SIXT products and services during returns.
• Identify vehicles for maintenance and direct to appropriate location.
• Work in various weather conditions and perform additional tasks as needed.
