Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
• Assisting with lease agreement renewals and account support.
• Communicating benefits of timely renewal payments.
• Following up with customers regarding account balances via calls and field visits.
• Providing solutions and support to help customers manage their accounts.
• Maintaining and updating accurate customer information and records.
• Collecting revenue while protecting company assets.
• Assisting with merchandise returns and customer deliveries 5–25 hours per week.
• Inspecting, cleaning, and certifying returned merchandise in QA Center.
• Assisting with field activities and store operations as needed.
• Creating a positive customer experience at every interaction.
