Job summary

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Customer Retention Associate to support the Customer Accounts Department with lease renewals, collect revenues, and maintain customer data. The role involves field visits and occasional merchandise returns, with a five-day work week and a comprehensive benefits package.

Bi-lingual is a plus; candidates must have a valid driver0s license and a satisfactory driving record. Drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and dollying merchandise 50-300 pounds.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Good driving skills with the ability to legally drive the company truck.
• Bi-lingual is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals.
• Counsel customers by discussing benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Collect revenues and protect company assets.
• Contact customers directly who have not paid their lease agreements.
• Contact customers by phone and through field visits.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries 5-25 hours per week.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center.
• Assist in the field when necessary.
