You will engage with existing customers, review accounts, and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction while keeping accurate records and collaborating with the team.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
