• Communicates with other departments to rectify customer issues.
• Minimizes churn by offering bundles and pricing to fit budgets.
• Follows established guidelines to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Proactively contacts high churn risk customers to renew contracts.
• Meets or exceeds retention goals for all product lines.
• Maintains punctual attendance and may work nights/weekends.
