Job summary

Comcast is expanding its remote sales team with Business Retention and Sales Representatives who thrive in a telesales environment and are driven to maximize earnings through retention efforts. You will support Comcast Business Services by retaining our existing customer base and renegotiating terms to prevent disconnections.

This full-time role offers base pay plus commission, remote work flexibility, and benefits such as day-1 medical/dental/vision eligibility, paid training, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of commission-driven sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Reliable internet connection with 100 Mbps speed.
• Home office setup meeting specified requirements.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing Comcast Business Services customers and renegotiate terms as needed.
• Empathize with clients and resolve outstanding issues to minimize disconnects.
• Offer product bundles and pricing that meet customer needs and budget.
• Meet or exceed retention targets across product lines.
• Communicate with multiple departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
