Job summary

Comcast is expanding its team with Business Retention and Sales Representatives who excel in telesales and remote work. You will retain existing customers, handle service issues, and renegotiate terms to protect revenue across product lines.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of commission-driven sales experience, can work independently from a home office with at least 100 Mbps internet, and meet high school diploma requirement. This is a fully remote position with comprehensive benefits.
