Job summary

Aarons is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections, and renew lease agreements. Roles include making in-home visits and phone calls to bring customers closer to ownership.

Key skills include empathy, active listening, and strong communication. You will maintain accounts, meet revenue goals, and support sales while handling merchandise returns and route tasks with a team-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work hours from 8 am to 9 pm and lift up to 50 lbs. without help.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and update information in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases by phone or in home visits.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Assist in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle and safely operate the vehicle.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and route sheets daily.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed and perform other duties as required.
