Collectors is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist I to join the PSA Customer Relations team in Jersey City, NJ. The role is full-time and onsite, with a Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm schedule.

The candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with Operations to provide accurate information and timely solutions. Strong communication, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in Google Workspace and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer resolutions and claims processing.
• 6+ months in customer relations or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Salesforce preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolves queries by clarifying issues and explaining solutions.
• Collaborates with Operations to find customer-focused solutions.
• Provides accurate information following department protocols.
• Maintains accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Updates department spreadsheets with incoming orders.
• Escalates unresolved issues to leads or supervisors.
