Big Sandy Superstore is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to support warranty issues, product concerns, and order processing. You will ensure a positive purchasing experience and timely documentation, while assisting customers by phone and in person.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, professional communication, and collaborative work with store staff to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clerical experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Verifies all information related to orders is accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies.
• Completes documentation accurately and processes cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, and account balances per guidelines.
• Provides customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and addressing complaints.
• Completes and processes credit applications, payments and financing paperwork.
• Maintains professional communications with internal and external personnel.
• Maintains accurate files to maximize productivity; provides clerical support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
