Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior clerical experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Verifies all information related to orders is accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies.
• Completes all documentation accurately and efficiently; processes cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, and account balances per guidelines.
• Provides customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, and resolving complaints.
• Completes and processes credit applications, payments and financing paperwork.
• Communicates with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintains accurate files to maximize productivity.
• Performs clerical support for store staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
