Job summary

Big Sandy Superstore is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to support retail customer service office duties, including order processing and warranty handling. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and accurate documentation.

The position requires solid communication and organizational skills and offers a comprehensive benefits package. This is a Full-Time/Regular role in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Verifies all information related to orders is accurate and corrects discrepancies.
• Completes documentation and processes information regarding cash balances, deliveries, and orders.
• Provides customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments and solving customer questions.
• Completes and processes credit applications, payments and financing paperwork.
• Communicates with internal and external personnel professionally and timely.
• Maintains accurate files to maximize productivity.
• Performs clerical support for store staff as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
