You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with the team, and anticipate the needs of community members you serve.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing questions.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Promote business development through effective communication and customer care.
• Maintain office operations: answer phones, greet walk-ins, open/close the office, and support the sales staff.
• Offer State Farm products such as Life, Auto, Home, and Business insurance.
• Explain Billing and Take Payments.
• Assist the Agent with marketing ideas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing questions.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
• Take care of the office making sure phones are answered, cleaning is done, Walkins are handled, make sure the office is closed and opened properly assist the sales staff with customer needs
• Offer all State Farm products to customers such as Life Insurance, Auto, Home and Business insurance needs
• Explain Billing
• Take Payments
• Assist the Agent with Marketing ideas

QUALIFICATIONS:
