Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Insurance License Property & Casualty and Life or willingness to obtain.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members or helping them understand their insurance.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming Insurance inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options and make the offer.
• Answer the phones
• Get the mail
• Build Relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Offer Life, Auto and Home insurance products to people that call in
• Explain Billing and take Payments
• Help keep office clean and organized
