Job summary

Amcor, a global leader in sustainable packaging, seeks a Rebates Analyst to accurately calculate, process and distribute customer rebates and ensure accruals are correct in the system. You will support the Program Manager on projects and collaborate with Sales and Finance.

Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and knowledge of JD Edwards/Cognos are preferred. A college degree is welcome, and the role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the Finance

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups)
• MS Word proficiency is required
• Knowledge of JD Edwards and Cognos is helpful but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• College degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Calculate customer program rebates based on agreements
• Submit calculations through approval process and notify Accounting
• Review GPO rosters and notify Finance of revisions in JDE
• Coordinate setting up of new and revising accruals based on agreements
• Process deductions in Get Paid database as needed
• Communicate with Customers, Sales and Finance about agreements and payments
