Job summary

Innomotive Solutions Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support quoting, order entry, and front-end operations. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure accurate quotes and smooth order flow.

Responsibilities include preparing and following up on quotes, processing purchase orders, maintaining BOMs, and coordinating changes across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, quoting, and order management.
• ERP experience required; Epicor preferred.
• Ability to read specs, drawings, BOMs, routings.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on orders, status, and inquiries.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on customer quotes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Build relationships with customers, dealers, Sales, and internal teams.
• Review and process purchase orders and changes.
• Provide updates on quotes, production schedules, orders, and completion dates.
• Coordinate requirements and changes with Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
• Prepare BOMs, routing estimates, and docs for quoting.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Operations on lead times.
• Request vendor pricing and prepare quotes.
• Manage multiple accounts, quotes, orders, and projects in ERP.
• Maintain knowledge of products and capabilities.
• Support production planning and scheduling.
• Provide cross-functional support as needed.
