Job summary

Phase Technologies LLC is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver responsive, accurate support to customers and work with the sales team through quoting and ordering. You will be the primary contact for calls and emails, preparing quotes and processing orders, and connecting customers with the right resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for customer phone calls and emails.
• Support sales team by preparing quotes and gathering information.
• Prepare and send accurate customer quotes using pricing information.
• Review and process customer purchase orders accurately.
• Ask the right questions to gather information for quoting or ordering.
• Develop working knowledge of Phase Technologies products and ordering requirements.
• Connect customers with sales engineers or technical resources as needed.
• Assist with follow-up on quotes, order status, and shipping details.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, and order data in systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide customers with accurate information.
• Help resolve customer concerns by gathering information and involving internal resources.
• Ensure customer requests are handled promptly and professionally from inquiry to order.
