Job summary
Fives North American Combustion, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is hiring a permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
You will handle customer inquiries, process quotes and orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. The role requires 2+ years in customer service, familiarity with manufacturing environments, and experience with order entry, quotes, and SAP.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a customer service role.
- Experience in manufacturing customer service preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience entering orders and generating quotes.
- Experience with export orders and quotes.
- Basic export compliance knowledge.
- Prior SAP experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and provide pricing information.
- Process domestic and export quotes and orders.
- Perform restricted party screening for inquiries.
- Research spare parts and support quotes.
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and finance teams.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates.
- Support Domestic Sales and European teams with inquiries.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and follow up.
