Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to lead end-to-end investigations of product and service non-conformances at customer sites and coordinate corrective actions to ensure timely resolution across the organization. You will apply structured problem solving (5 Why, 8D), analyze data for trends, and drive Lean improvements while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Computing, or related technical discipline.
• Training or certification in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, or related methodologies is advantageous.
• 4+ years of experience in quality engineering or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional investigations from problem identification to corrective actions.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, automation, or technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigation and resolution of non-conformances at customer sites.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis using structured methodologies such as 5 Why and 8D.
• Define, coordinate, and verify corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze quality and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Apply Lean, TPS, and continuous-improvement principles to eliminate waste.
