Job summary

Graybar in Dallas is seeking a Customer Project Specialist to work with customers on large projects, meeting deadlines and managing complex orders. You will be the liaison between vendor and customer to ensure materials reach the site when needed and in the right way.

Responsibilities include order entry, submittals, returns, reporting, and coordinating deliveries to ensure on-time performance. A focus on accuracy, organization, and customer service is essential, with SAP and MS Office

• 2+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers
• Handle returns and credits
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment
