Job summary

Exa is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer and Partner Marketing to turn customer proof and partnerships into a scalable go-to-market engine. You will own case studies, reference programs, advocacy, and co-marketing with partners that influence pipeline. You will also shape how customer voice informs product, strategy, and messaging.

This AI-first role emphasizes building workflows, automation, and rapid enablement of sales with credible customer stories across priority verticals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer marketing, partner marketing, or product marketing at a B2B technology company.
• Proven portfolio of published customer proof driven by you, with metrics per case study.
• Excellent writing; able to interview engineers and produce publishable content.
• Comfort with technical subject matter; retrieval, APIs, and agents knowledge helpful.
• Experience running a reference or advocacy program used by sales.
• Track record of co-marketing with partners from plan to launch with measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated AI builder mindset; shipped automations and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer evidence engine: case studies, quantified results, quotes, and logos for developer audiences.
• Build and manage the reference and advocacy program, including customer advisory board.
• Own commercial partner marketing: cloud marketplaces, agencies, co-branded content, and partner-sourced pipeline.
• Capture Voice of Customer and translate into product/PMM decisions.
• Maintain proof library and enablement handoff for reps; enable rapid AE asset retrieval.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows to speed up publishing customer assets.
• Aim for a predictable cadence of published evidence and partner-influenced pipeline.
