Job summary

Exa, a San Francisco–based AI company, seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition, the website, and the technical mechanics of search visibility. You will be hands-on across channels, landing pages, and analytics to drive qualified signups and pipeline.

You will collaborate with Technical PMM and Marketing Ops, and apply AI-powered automation to accelerate creative variants, page builds, and reporting. This role is office-based in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, digital, or performance marketing at a B2B technology company.
• Hands-on ownership of paid budgets, landing pages, and technical SEO.
• Credibility marketing to developers: gated content is less effective here.
• Track record of experiments that moved metrics and transparent about failures.
• Analytics fluency: build reports and distinguish lifts from noise.

Responsibilities

• Own paid channels end to end: search, social, developer-native placements, budget allocation, testing, and mix.
• Own the marketing site as a conversion surface: landing pages, speed, messaging tests, signup path.
• Own technical side of organic visibility: site architecture, crawlability, schema, performance, monitoring tools.
