Crystal D is seeking an Order Manager in Saint Paul, MN to oversee customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring a simple, easy, and fast process. You will communicate proactively, drive production through approval, and maintain high-quality order accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include detailed quality reviews for high-value orders and collaborative cross-functional coordination to deliver WOW-level service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from initial placement through final delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding products, timelines, order status, and expectations.
• Drive orders through the approval and production process efficiently to ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform detailed quality reviews on high-value orders ($750+) to ensure accuracy and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure order accuracy and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while upholding Crystal D's ICE standards and commitment to service excellence.
• Respond to customer calls promptly and accurately, documenting all interactions thoroughly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy, organization, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
