Job summary

The Larko Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Wheeling, IL (On-Site) to act as the primary contact for customers and manage the full order lifecycle. You will collaborate with production, logistics, and accounting to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service or order entry in manufacturing or distribution, with strong communication, multitasking, and data-entry skills. Oracle experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, or inside sales support in manufacturing or distribution.
• Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Oracle is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide product information, pricing, order status, and shipping details.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and discrepancies professionally and promptly.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Enter and process customer orders into Oracle accurately.
