Job summary

All-State Industries, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative to support orders from receipt through shipment and post-delivery follow-up. You will handle inquiries, update customers, and coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing and Sales to ensure orders meet requirements.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, proactive communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment. 8–4:30 schedule, full-time, on-site position at Lewisville, TX.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2+ years of customer service or order management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems (AS400 or similar).
• Ability to learn and navigate EDI systems and multiple customer portals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a customer contact for all order-related inquiries, updates, and issue resolutions.
• Proactively communicate order status, delays, and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, EDI, and portals.
• Manage the entire order process from receipt to shipment and follow-up.
• Enter and maintain orders in ERP systems and coordinate changes.
• Monitor open orders to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate tooling requirements and special customer specifications.
• Provide backup support within the customer service team.
