Responsibilities

• Enter customers’ orders.
• Secure order confirmations.
• Facilitate order changes.
• Provide updates on order status.
• Proactively follow-up on orders based on reports/tasks.
• Obtain and manage shipping instructions.
• Provide standard order and shipping documentation.
• Route escalations in Service Now to the correct departments.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
