Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking an Order Entry Specialist in the United States to join our account representative team. You will accurately enter customer orders, verify details, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure on-time fulfilment.

You will review pricing, terms, and delivery information, while resolving discrepancies and improving entry workflows. A strong emphasis on data integrity and teamwork will be essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service or logistics environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with order processing systems (SAP, Salesforce) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

What you know

You have a High School Diploma or equivalency, and:
