Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Data Center Fulfillment Coordinator to support data center customers through the quote-to-cash process. You will be the primary Operations contact, coordinating with sales, planning, and suppliers to maintain real‑time delivery updates and accurate forecasts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in customer service or project support, with strong communication and multi‑tasking capabilities. Onsite in Richmond, VA with a competitive benefits package.

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, field coordination, or project support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer touchpoints and coordinate across internal teams.
• Familiarity with logistics, service scheduling, or supply chain dependencies.
• Strong communication and escalation skills.
• Understanding of BHE S&OP, Operations planning, Logistics, and Dependencies.
• Ability to identify Risks Early and Escalate Appropriately.
• Professional Relationship Management under Time-Sensitive Conditions.
• Experience in customer service, service coordination, logistics, or project management related roles.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support the quote to cash process for Data center customers with all relevant operational and supply information.
• Represent Operations in front of data center customers.
• Provide order status updates and delivery date information; handle purchasing, and prepare supplier shipping documents.
• Coordinate with global sales and demand planning regarding customer forecasting and supply allocations.
• Manage supplier databases and act as the primary contact for data center customers and sales.
• Provide a single, global view of the supply chain for data center customers.

About the job…

The Data Center Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for providing direct supply planning support to customers and sales in handling Data Center customers throughout the quote to cash process and keep the customers updated on with real time information on planning and deliveries.

This is an onsite position located in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the quote to cash process for Data center customers with all relevant operational and supply information.
• Represent Operations in front of data center customers
• Customer support during the process: order status, delivery date. Purchase, control and preparation of supplier's shipping documents.
• Coordinate with global sales and demand planning regarding customer forecasting and supply allocations.
• Handling of suppliers database.
• Responsible as the one point of contact for data center customers and sales.
• Provide one view of the global supply chain for data center customers.

What you know:
