Job summary

G3 Enterprises is seeking an Order Entry Coordinator to support customer order processing and cross-functional coordination. You will gather data, capture customer requirements, and ensure accurate order setup in SAP and related systems.

Key duties include communicating with sales, shipping, and operations to meet delivery deadlines, scheduling visits and site tours, and maintaining effective customer interactions through email and calls. Strong communication and detail accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years customer service, sales, operations, product development, and/or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Software
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5%
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience maintaining professional and cooperative relationships with internal and external customers
• Experience performing detail oriented tasks; recognizing and correcting discrepancies

Responsibilities

• Collect data required to facilitate customer orders and communicate updates
• Document and communicate customer requirements for order setup and specifications
• Provide professional customer interactions via email and phone
• Assist with scheduling visits, press checks, and plant tours
• Process orders using SAP and internal systems
• Coordinate delivery with internal and external customers
• Update Sales and Operations on order/project status
• Communicate manufacturing and scheduling limitations to Sales and customers
