Job summary

Schurman Executive Recruiting is assisting a client in finding a Sales Coordinator to manage the full order intake process from entry to delivery in the United States. You will review offers, enter SAP orders, and prepare invoicing schedules while coordinating with Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Transportation, and Finance.

You will serve as the main contact for customers, provide updates on order status and delivery dates, and collaborate with international teams to ensure accurate, timely

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all order intake inquiries and customer questions.

• Prepare invoicing schedules for Finance and coordinate order processing across Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Transportation, and Finance.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding order status and scheduled delivery dates.
