Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/CRM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Review purchase orders for accuracy and enter orders precisely.
• Provide customer service and manage post-order activities and documentation.
• Serve as main point of contact for post-order communication and coordinate with internal teams.
• Track and communicate order status, expedite as needed, and handle RMAs/credit memos.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and support continuous improvement initiatives.
