Responsibilities

Support customer demand planning and delivery coordination for assigned accounts.
Identify and communicate delivery, operational, contractual, and revenue-related risks to management.
Assist in executing customer agreements and coordination with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Order Management teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Gather, analyze, and maintain data to support decision-making and performance reporting.
Provide leadership and ownership for assigned responsibilities and drive process improvements.
