• 5+ years leading global teams through managers.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and order-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads global Customer Business Operations for strategic accounts across regions and units.
• Owns order-to-cash governance and revenue recognition readiness for assigned customers.
• Drives customer satisfaction via proactive issue resolution, escalation management, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Directs executive operational contacts for major customer business and fulfillment issues.
• Leads process transformation and digital initiatives across operations.
