• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Business Operations, Order Management, Revenue Operations, Supply Chain, or related functions.
• Experience with cross-functional customer operations and order management.

Responsibilities

• Support customer demand planning and delivery management for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, WWOPS, Order Management, and other stakeholders to meet delivery commitments.
• Monitor forecast updates and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders.
• Assist in managing large or complex orders to support execution.
• Maintain operational data, reports, and account information.
• Identify and communicate delivery, contractual, and revenue risks.
• Support issue resolution related to customer commitments and revenue processes.
• Escalate issues following established processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new tools.
