• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own customer demand planning activities and delivery alignment for strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Order Management to align delivery strategies.
• Monitor demand, commitments, capacity constraints, and risks.
• Support large orders and complex delivery scenarios to improve predictability.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide management recommendations.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve processes and customer outcomes.
