Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2+ years in customer service experience required
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with contractor onboarding and pre-employment paperwork coordination
• Support onboarding status updates and communicate with stakeholders
• Serve as point of contact for contractor questions and payroll/invoicing issues
• Manage office operations, front-office support, and vendor management
• Coordinate travel bookings and real estate communications
• Support internal onboarding for field office hiring and I-9 paperwork
• Assist with internal payroll process and asset distribution
