Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Operations; experience in Car Rental, Hospitality or Tourism preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Results-driven with decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead a diverse, high-performing team and drive change.

• Responsible for daily customer operations and revenue generation for their assigned function.
• Leads and supports processes to meet and exceed customer expectations and align sales methods with processes.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Drive sales processes that create a dynamic, customer-focused organization selling value-added solutions.
• Provide updates and indicators to management and participate in recruiting as required.
