Qualifikationen

• Develop, monitor, modify and assure compliance with the annual business plan to ensure profitability.
• Direct reservations and pickups; build relationships with vendors (Lyft, Uber, Pep Boys).
• Develop location strategies to maximize profitability and revenue management.
• Assist staff in resolving customer service issues and maintain high service levels.
• Coach staff and empower problem resolution and customer relations.
• Lead outside sales events to promote the company and branch location.
• Increase market penetration and branch revenue.
• Interview, hire, train and mentor branch staff; conduct performance reviews.
