Job summary

Mobile Communications America, a trusted provider of wireless communications, data, and security services, is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist for our Morrisville, NC location to support our Voice division. You will greet customers, coordinate service and installation, and act as the primary contact for inbound requests, delivering professional service and building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to interact and communicate professionally at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer service role model for others.
• Resolve customer service issues with little to no supervision.
• Establish relationships with major customers and vendors at their locations.
• Greet customers and visitors; assist all customers professionally.
• Assist with inbound requests for service and installation.
• Keep technicians and installers aware of scheduled work.
• Contact technicians each morning to confirm schedules and arrive times.
• Contact customers 1 hour to 24 hours prior to arrival.
• Prepare, maintain, and close work orders for scheduled service work.
• Follow up with technicians on progress of scheduled tasks.
• Schedule PMs or assist in other areas during idle times.
• Contact customers within one week to assess satisfaction and report negatives.
• Close and invoice zero-dollar work tickets.
• Review repaired equipment status and assign returns.
• Assist with inventory control and field parts requests.
