Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in Morrisville, NC to support the Voice division. The role requires strong customer service, coordination with technicians, and administrative duties in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in customer operations, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting. MRT travel within local sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in customer operations or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer service role model for others.
• Resolve customer service issues with little supervision.
• Establish relationships with major customers and vendors.
• Greet customers and visitors; first point of contact.
• Assist with inbound requests for service and installation.
