You will coordinate complex orders, collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Sales, and ensure orders are accurate before entry into production.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Communications preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Order Management, or related roles.
• Experience using CRM/ERP systems in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in person.
• Prepare, review, and process customer quotes and sales orders; verify pricing and shipping.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM/ERP; monitor open orders and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
