Job summary

Tube Specialties, Inc. in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to help keep daily aerospace manufacturing operations running smoothly.

You will maintain accurate data, track part status, and ensure ERP information reflects real-time shop floor activity, working closely with Production, Production Control, and Operations. The role requires manufacturing experience, comfort with ERP and data systems, solid Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate across

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, aviation operations, or logistics environment.
• Comfortable with ERP systems or structured data systems.
• Basic Excel proficiency; strong attention to detail.
• Experience with work orders/schedules, labor or crew tracking, and reporting.
• Aerospace, aviation, or other regulated-industry experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain production data, work orders, and labor information in the ERP system (Visual Manufacturing preferred).
• Track work orders, job status, and WIP to ensure system accuracy.
• Validate that system data matches shop floor activity; resolve or elevate discrepancies.
• Support production/labor reporting, Production Control, and NPI activities.
